Jimmy McLaughlin wrote, produced and directed stage plays and a musical early in his career. He'd been taking charge since leading his family's music group as their lead singer. After stage productions, he returned to his musical roots with his band called No I.D. from the late eighties into the mid-nineties. His combined experience eventually led him to the world of music videos, where he wrote and directed in addition to writing songs for local artists. Jimmy has also done some acting. He's appeared in movies from major studios like Shallow Hal and Talladega Nights: The Ballad Of Ricky Bobby.
